一、协议说明

欢迎使用深圳芯智电科技有限公司提供的AIGrill及配套烹饪设备（通过蓝牙连接）。您下载、安装、注册、登录或使用本服务，即表示您已阅读并同意本协议。

如您为未成年人，请在监护人指导下阅读并使用本服务。

二、适用范围与服务内容

本服务用于连接和管理烹饪设备，包括设备配对、状态显示、烹饪参数设置、固件更新、历史记录查看等功能。

三、账号与安全

  • 您应当提供真实、准确、完整的信息，并及时更新。
  • 账号仅限本人使用，因保管不善造成的损失由您承担。

四、软件获取与更新

  • 请通过官方渠道获取应用与固件。
  • 为提升体验与安全，我们可能更新应用或固件，部分更新为保障基础功能可能自动执行。

五、权限与设备接入

为实现蓝牙配对、连接和稳定通信，应用可能请求以下权限：

  • 蓝牙相关权限（含扫描、连接、通信）。
  • 位置信息权限（部分系统扫描蓝牙所需）。
  • 网络访问、通知、存储/媒体读取（用于日志上报、固件下载或导出数据）。

您可以在系统设置中管理权限，关闭可能影响功能可用性。

六、数据收集与使用

  • 账号信息（如邮箱/手机号、昵称）。
  • 设备信息（设备型号、序列号、固件版本、必要的蓝牙标识用于配对）。
  • 使用信息（如烹饪配置、运行状态、错误日志、固件升级状态）。

数据用于提供核心功能、保障安全、改进体验与客服支持。除法律要求或获取您的同意外，不会用于与收集目的不相符的用途。

如法律要求，您可行使访问、更正、删除与撤回同意等权利。

七、未成年人保护

如您为未成年人，请在监护人同意并指导下使用本服务。我们将按照相关法律法规保护未成年人信息。

八、知识产权与许可

应用及其内容、标识、文档等知识产权归深圳芯智电科技有限公司或相关权利人所有。我们授予您非排他、不可转让且可撤销的个人许可，仅用于合法、非商业目的。

九、禁止行为

  • 逆向工程、未授权的修改、适配、分发或商业化。
  • 干扰设备与服务的正常运行或危害网络安全。
  • 非法收集、使用他人信息或侵犯他人合法权益。

十、免责声明与责任限制

  • 因不可抗力、第三方原因或您自身原因导致的损失，我们在法律允许范围内不承担责任。
  • 在法律允许范围内，间接损失或利润损失不在赔偿范围。

十一、协议变更与终止

我们可能根据运营或法律变化更新本协议，更新后将在应用内或官网公告。若您不同意，可停止使用；继续使用视为同意变更。

十二、法律适用与争议解决

本协议受中华人民共和国法律管辖。

1. Introduction

Welcome to AIGrill provided by Shenzhen NEOECO Technology Co., Ltd.(深圳芯智电科技有限公司). This App connects and manages your cooking device via Bluetooth. By downloading, installing or using the Service, you agree to this Agreement.

2. Scope and Services

Functions include device pairing, status display, cooking parameter control, firmware updates and viewing history, where applicable.

3. Account and Security

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information and keep your account secure.
  • Your account is for your personal use only.

4. Software Acquisition and Updates

  • Obtain the App and firmware through official channels.
  • We may update the App or firmware to improve security and experience; some updates may be automatic to ensure basic functionality.

5. Permissions and Device Access

To enable Bluetooth pairing, connection and stable communication, the App may request:

  • Bluetooth permissions (scan, connect, communicate).
  • Location permission on certain platforms for BLE scanning.
  • Network, notifications and storage/media read for logs, firmware download or data export.

You may manage permissions in system settings; disabling them may affect functionality.

6. Data Collection and Use

  • Account info (email/phone, nickname).
  • Device info (model, serial, firmware version, necessary Bluetooth identifiers for pairing).
  • Usage info (cooking configurations, runtime status, error logs, firmware update state).

Data is used to provide core services, ensure security, improve experience and support. You may have rights to access, rectify, delete and withdraw consent as required by law.

7. Minors

If you are a minor, use the Service with guardian consent and guidance.

8. IP and License

All intellectual property in the App belongs to Shenzhen NEOECO Technology Co., Ltd. (深圳芯智电科技有限公司) or its licensors. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable personal license for lawful non-commercial use.

9. Prohibited Conduct

  • Reverse engineering, unauthorized modification, adaptation, distribution or commercialization.
  • Interfering with normal operation or compromising security.
  • Illegal collection or misuse of others’ data or infringement of rights.

10. Disclaimer and Liability Limit

  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses due to force majeure, third parties or your own actions.
  • Indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

11. Changes and Termination

We may update this Agreement. If you do not agree, stop using the Service. Continued use means you accept the changes.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved by competent courts or arbitration bodies as required by applicable law.
